This unit is the most flexible automatic system ever made. It upgrades your semi-automatic machine to a very flexible fully automatic machine.
It produces the substratepots through our well-known Ellepot patented system.
The machine has a capacity with up to 6.000 pot per hour depending on the size of the pot. The machine is manufactured in standard sized pots in one diameter from 15-80 mm. The height is adjustable up to 100 mm, depending on the pot size.
The pattern in which the pots are placed in trays is variable in order to adapt to the invidual plant. With the laptop, you easy change tray size and pattern.
Additional equipment such as tray de-stacker and stacker, water and dibble unit can be connected.
The machine fits into existing production line.
